This hand painted sculpture created by veteran Fantasy game, book, and calendar artist, Ed Beard Jr, brings to you, via the master craftsman at Veronese and Unicorn Publishing CA, the ultimate wolf and dragon lovers collectible. This NEW small run "revives" the out of production first small run that was done in 2011, and has not been available to the public in over a decade. We are proud to re-introduce this image of the wolf and dragon, which has been reborn in popularity due to the DragonLord Miniset.

HISTORY BEHIND THE ART:"Moonsong Talagelum Wolf and Dragon" from the DragonLord Lore", the "Sorcery TCG DragonLord Mini Set." DragonLord is from the imagination of Fantasy Artist and Author, Ed Beard Jr, the "DragonLord" story and world is proud to be adapted into "Sorcery TCG," the only "all hand painted" traditional medium card game on planet Earth. The Moonsong Talagelum, has been a staple of Ed Beard Jr. DragonLord story line since 2007. This dragon is a hybrid of both wold and dragon. It resides in snowy cold climates and appears rarely manipulating properties of the elements. It's companions are wolves and the realm of humans. This dragon was orphaned by a natural disaster that left with it's body broken unable to fly. A pack of timber wolves saw the essence of peace and strength within it's eyes and adopted the young dragon. In time it grew and became the ultimate alpha learning the ways of moonsong and the song of the winter solstice. They are the song bearers who provide the delicate song of transition when a life force passes into the next realm.

CREATION PROCESS OF THE SCULPTURE: Ed has worked with the sculptors closely with multiple drawings provided from all angles, as well as painted color references, to ensure that every angle captures the vision that embraces the story of this "Wolf and Dragon and their harmonious gathering singing to the wolf moon".This painting and sculpture captures the synergy between these two majestic creatures and portrays their spiritual embrace within each other as guardians over mankind.This sculpture measure approximately 9" tall 11.5" diagonal from diorama back top to front base, and 9" wide at the base and is hand painted. Made of the highest quality stoneware resin for precision detail.
