Over the last 26 years, Ed has created hundreds of beautiful art work for various book covers, CCG Games, Role Playing books, Magazine covers and interiors and many other novelties. We are pleased to bring you the ability to by at direct costs without retail mark-ups.

Some of the art that you will see offered here has been created for such companies as: Wizards of the Coast, TSR, Inquest Magazine, Seven Seas, Hasbro, Tolkien, Robert Jordan's Wheel of Time, Royal Fireworks Silk label, and many more.

All of our original art works come with a certified and notarized appraisal certificate of value. The appraisal value does not necessarily reflect the sale price and in most cases we sell the art works here for substantially less ranging from 40% -75% of the certificate value. This assures an immediate investment for the art

Q. What does the certificate say and do?

Each commission comes with a certificate that verifies that the Original Artwork titled is an authentic Edward P. Beard Jr. creation.

It also states that the work has been evaluated and appraised based on past and present fair market value, prior contract sale

and auction sales of the artist works. Appraisal values take into consideration additional publication values

as contracted. This document represents replacement cost for insured values and is essential in recovering replacement cost from an insurer in the event of a loss.

Naturally we consider quantity buying in our pricing and consider all reasonable counter offers. Never be afraid to make an offer for something you really like. The appraisal values are determined by several factors including but not limited to: current market value, price guides, insurance evaluations, prior auction sales, novelties and collectible values and many more. Please NOTE: We often sell these amazing paintings for less than half of their appraised value, so do not be swayed by the appraisals they are worth it but do not always cost it! Every now and again we debut original art that has never been offered anywhere for sale so check back often!!

Mr. Beard usually is scheduling only a select few commissions per year due to his publishing schedule so please do not hesitate to inquiry.

We also offer an interest FREE payment plan for up to 12 month in some cases so that your purchase is easier on the coffers.
