All of our original art works come with a certified and notarized appraisal certificate of value. The appraisal value does not necessarily reflect the sale price and in most cases we sell the art works here for substantially less ranging from 40% -75% of the certificate value. The appraisal values are determined by several factors including but not limited to: current market value, price guides, insurance evaluations, prior auction sales, novelties and collectible values and many more.

We often sell these amazing paintings for less than half of their appraised value, so do not be swayed by the appraisals they are worth it but do not always cost it!
